Not so long ago some famous pussycats declared that when they grew up they wanted to be in movies, drive fast cars and have rather impressive décolletages. All I wish for in my elder years Ladies and fellers is to be Emma Stone.

Zara May
Of all the lookbooks in the world I have to say I do quite enjoy Zara's ones, but to be honest I wasn't overwhelmed by May's issue. I did however learn two things;
1. I have the BIGGEST urge to buy a pair of harem pants, I'm not even sure they'd suit me but the thought of wearing pajama-like pants while appearing relatively stylish, HOW can you resist?. Any recommendations for good places to buy? I'm thinking penneys for starters?
On the other hand; Very cute Men's section! Bravo Zara.
You can find all of the May Zara lookbook here.

A few little updates...
1. finally managed to catch up with everyone else and do my theory test for driving. I passed! which means I am officially allowed out on the road this summer, how exciting... and terrifying.
2. Don't worry I haven't forgotten about my Summer Staples project. I'm busy trying to find the puurfect items for my staple wardrobe, that includes the two gems above. All going well I'll be ready to unveil the lot to ya's by the start of next month!
3. We got around to watching Never let me go the other night and not to ruffle any feathers but I hated it! It has to be the most depressing movie ever. It is so depressing that in the final monologue Carey Mulligan ( who I ♥ in real life btw) kindly reminds us that we're all going to die someday, how joyous...
4. I also have a clothing DIY on the way this week on how to spruce up old cardigans, if anyone is interested in that sorta thing?
Anyways, hope you all have lovely weekend chicks!

Taken Down in Evidence
Something you may not know about me yet is my love for finding old books by chance about the place. My heart just goes out to the little forgotten gems, especially if they're picture books cause I'm lazy like that.
Taken Down in Evidence by Leo Regan just so happened to stumble past me the other day. It's a series of images and interview that delve into the daily working lives of the Irish Garda circa 1995...

Primark/Pennys Summer 2011
What a calamity, I swear that I am off buying random pieces of clothing for the summer and then Pennys come out with there summer line and make a tiny bit of regret form in my heart.
But I'm going to power through! Looking doesn't count as cheating though, right?...
Dear Instyle
Oh Instyle uk, I don't think you realize how much I would love to don workwear clothes,
but alas I am struggling in my attempt to find a summer job ( sad face).
If I were to ever find employment I would also love to be clothed in the following outfits...

Summer Sorted
So I had a little epiphany while sitting in maths class today, if i have 5 tops, 5 bottoms and 5 jackets/cardigans I can create 125 different outfits and thats before accessories! I have roughly 91 days of summer to dress for, excluding outfits for nights out.
I know such impressive math skills...
So over the next few weeks I will be shopping for these 15 key pieces and hopefully documenting it along the way! but I will need your help, so tell me what pieces can you not live without?
I'm Sorry...
You've all probably gotten so sick of me falling in love with things around here, BUT HAVE YOU SEEN THIS SWATCH ADD!

A Concealment...
Ah, there clearly is nothing better than slathering your face in honey on a gloomy Saturday morning, right? Maybe not, but I did it anyway! as a favor to a neighbor doing a project (I know I'm such a martyr) and the results you may ask? pretty dazzling! My skin is comparable to a baby's bottom and all thanks to;
The Cleopatra Face Mask
1 tsp of honey
1 tbs of Milk
1 tbs of Milk
1 Egg White
( you can also replace milk for milk powder for a thicker consistency )
Just slap it on, wait half an hour, wash off with hot water and afterwards you'll be luminous ;)

Cause your words don't translate
I'm having a valiant day off school and catching up on missed television while recuperating from the weekend. How much is everyone loving Lilly Allen: From Rags to Riches?
I took a jaunt over to the Lucy in disguise website and found these little gems by Mariell Amelie...
